The Driven Women Project started as a photojournalism series featuring successful women in male-dominated arenas or male-centric roles who are strong enough to own their femininity (i.e. they didn’t have to become a man to succeed like one).
Now, this passion project has turned into an e-Book and a Podcast!
The women in these stories have climbed their respective ladders, are killers in their chosen profession, and are unapologetic about their femininity and who they are at their core.
They own their true identities. Their stories need to be shared to help inspire young women who come up against challenges presented by societally imposed gender stereotypes, or gender barriers when entering the professional stage of their lives.

Help us recognize women who lead with excellence, authenticity, courage, and purpose.
The Driven Women Project exists to highlight women whose stories can inspire others to rise, lead, and live with courage. These are women who have pursued excellence in their fields while staying deeply connected to who they are.
A Driven Woman is someone who owns her story, leads with conviction, and continues to show up as herself — even in spaces where that has not always been easy. She may be an entrepreneur, executive, athlete, physician, creative, educator, leader, mother, advocate, or someone quietly creating impact in her community. What matters most is not her title, but the way she lives, leads, and inspires others.
